The devotion of Saint Philomena is a prayer apostolate association which promotes commitment to a life lived according to the Gospel of Christ with the example of Saint Philomena; the spreading of her devotion and the education of youth into the Christian life.
In 100 years millions have registered in the past 20 years over 20,000 members have registered.

Sanctuary of St. Philomena, Italy – has created a strong prayer force.
May 21, 1912 – Pope Pius X extended the
Archconfraternity of Saint Philomena to the whole Church –
now known as the Universal Archconfraternity.
As a member, we ask that you pray to St. Philomena, spread her devotion and tell of her Sanctuary in Italy where the sacred body of St Philomena is enshrined. Members benefit from special privileges such as the celebration of Holy Mass at the Sacred Altar of Saint Philomena every second Friday of the month. With this is the inclusion of all the prayers offered at the Sanctuary. Sanctuary observers feel a most incredible peace and the definite presence of St. Philomena with a strong and powerful intercession. It is spiritually uplifting to know that her relics are contained within the statue, and at her side, the vial of dried blood. Facing the statue are the original slabs found at the tomb, and in the Sanctuary museum is the chair that Ven. Pauline Jaricot used when she miraculously recovered from a fatal illness. This incident is known as the “Great Miracle of Mugnano” and was witnessed by Pope Gregory XVI.
